When you submit our Contact or Get a Quote form, we collect your name, email, phone number, company (if given), the service you're asking about, budget, and your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project — we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

Cookies & analytics

We may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and/or LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our marketing. Third-party services

If you message us via WhatsApp or our live chat widget, that conversation is handled by the respective platform (WhatsApp / our BikroyBot chat widget) under its own privacy terms.

Data retention & your rights
